Britney Spears‘ wild rampage continues with new reports of her being topless with a man she barely knew.

The so called proud man, Matt Encinias, is a college student and had appeared as an extra in her new video clip last month. She has kissed him at LA’s Standard Downtown hotel pool.

Matt Encinias told Weekly US magazine,

“Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed.”

“I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot.”

“I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy.”
